REAL TALK.
I’ve been on a personal health journey — and it’s one I knew I had to share.

Despite coaching others daily to become the best version of themselves, I looked in the mirror one day and had to be brutally honest with myself:
I wasn’t walking the walk.

Yes, I’m older.
Yes, I’m post-menopausal.
Yes, my metabolism has slowed.
But no — I wasn’t going to let that become my identity.

The truth?
I had let my physical and mental state slip. The weight was creeping on, and unlike years past, it wasn’t coming off easily. I knew something had to change. So, I stepped out of my comfort zone — not just for my body, but for my mind.

Here’s what I did:
✅ I stopped trying to out-train a poor diet (lesson learned!)
✅ I focused on whole, nutrient-dense foods — lean protein, veggies, one-ingredient carbs
✅ I simplified my habits and made them doable
✅ I reminded myself: "Water the grass. Change doesn’t happen overnight."

At the two-week mark, I questioned everything. I didn’t feel like I was making progress. But I stayed consistent. Because results come to those who show up — especially when motivation fades.

By Day 30, everything changed.
My body composition started shifting.
My energy returned.
My mindset was sharper.
And yes — my confidence came roaring back.

Here’s what I’ve learned (and it’s a message for anyone who feels stuck):
💥 Your mind is more powerful than you think
💥 Small actions done daily lead to massive results
💥 Age is not your limitation — inconsistency is
💥 Being 1% better every day is the secret weapon

Today, I’m celebrating a HUGE win:
🔥 Down 10% in body fat
🔥 Up in muscle mass
🔥 And 100% recommitted to ME

This journey doesn’t have an end date — it’s a forever-evolving commitment to becoming the strongest, healthiest, most authentic version of myself.

If you're reading this and it hits home — know this:
It’s not too late. You’re not too far gone. You’re one decision away from a completely different path.

Let’s keep moving.
Onward and upward. 🚀
